What a slogfest! Definitely old-fashioned, muddy football as it poured all game and the wind was brutal, probably why our kicker missed two field goals. The offense showed signs of life with an actual running game and rookie receivers stepping up, as N'Keal Harry caught his first touchdown pass and Jakobi Meyers had some good catches, including one for 32 yards. Unfortunately, the offense also sputtered a lot. Tom's going to be unhappy again!
Special Teams Captain Matthew Slater blocked a punt and the defense made some key stops, along with a Stephon Gilmore interception.
If we make the Super Bowl this year, it won't be because of the offense!
Still, we're 10-1, best record in the NFL. Buffalo and New York won and Miami lost.
Next week, down to Houston against the Texans!
