I’ve been steadily posting the chapters of my Bruce/Dick AU sequel, The Raven And The Nightingale Book II: The Gold Coast, and have started work on Book III. It’s definitely my comfort fic (like comfort food!) and I’ve been leisurely writing the further adventures of Edwardian Bruce and Dick. I have three more books planned in this series, so hopefully they’ll see the light of day.
The Hogan’s Heroes story I started last spring has been stalled for quite awhile. I think the problem is that it’s a murder mystery, and I’m stuck on how to move the plot forward and plant clues that don’t give away the murderer right away! But I don’t intend to let this story become one of those who never make it out of my notebook, so I’ll keep at it.
There’s another stalled story in another small fandom that’s Halloween-flavored, but might be finished by next Halloween! :) It’s a good premise but I’ve lost my inspiration as to how to move forward. Yeesh! Creative Muses can be a real pain-in-the-butt!
Due to RL busyness, I haven’t been able to work on a bunch of stories that I finished last spring and summer, but hopefully that’ll change. I do have three Marvel Cinematic Universe stories that are in the queue. And I’ve finally gotten inspiration for some Clark/Bruce stories after only writing the boys a few times so far in 2015. And, looking over my queue, I find that there are a couple of Jurassic Park stories still to be edited and typed that were left over from my spurt of Alan/Ian inspiration last spring.
I'm in touch with my artist and beta for the dcu_bang. It'll be posted before Halloween! :)
I’m pleased to say that I came up with a story that fits my 2015 DCU Fic/Art Halloween Challenge. Maybe I can come up with another one before October 31st. :)
So, as you can see, there will be plenty of stories to come!
